The Healthy MOMS Program was launched in 2018 as a collaborative effort by The Wright Center for Community Health and dozens of community partners to help pregnant women and new mothers overcome addiction and embrace a life in recovery. The Healthy Maternal Opiate Medical Support (MOMS) program is funded in part by a grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs and AllOne Foundation. The program is made possible through the engagement of community partners in the healthcare, social services, education and legal sectors. Through each organization's engagement, moms-to-be have access to a full spectrum of services to help jumpstart their lives in recovery and deliver happy and healthy babies.
